Care
To ensure your Pocket & Purpose garments stay in perfect condition, please follow these care guidelines. We recommend washing your items separately in water no warmer than 40°C to prevent any color transfer or staining. When drying, keep the temperature below 80°C, and if you choose to iron, use a cool setting not exceeding 110°C. Please avoid using bleach to protect the integrity of the fabric. You can feel good about your purchase knowing that both our high-quality fabrics and our specialized washing processes are entirely environmentally friendly, even if that isn't always noted on the standard care label.
Refund, Return & Exchange
We want you to love your new jeans as much as we do. Because we operate on a pre-order model, we offer a 48-hour cancellation window immediately after your purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible, but don't worry—our standard 14-day return policy kicks in the moment your order arrives at your door.
To be eligible for a return or a size exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. If you need a different size or a refund, simply email us at contact@pocketandpurpose.com and we will send over a return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your items, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
