Pre-Order & Production
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each pair is made-to-order, there are two stages to your delivery:
- Production: This typically takes 3-5 weeks after the pre-order window closes.
- Shipping: Once production is complete, we use express air freight to get the stock to the UK. We suggest allowing 2 to 3 weeks for the items to clear customs, arrive at our studio for a final quality check, and then be posted to your door.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
We offer a 48-hour window for easy cancellations after you place your order. After this time, your items are committed to our production run. If you wish to cancel after production has begun, please note that we may not be able to stop the shipment. In this case, you are welcome to return the items for a full refund once they have been delivered to you
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to choose?
Our jeans/trousers are designed with functional, deep pockets and a tailored fit. We recommend checking our Size Guide on our product page and measuring a pair of trousers/jeans you already own to compare. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What if my clothing does not fit?
Don't worry! We offer a 14-day return and exchange window. If the fit isn't perfect, you can return them for a refund or exchange them for a different size (subject to stock availability).
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are quality-checked and shipped directly from our studio in the UK.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Preorder do not have to pay Shpping costs! But for standard orders, Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, but if you are requesting an exchange for a different size, we will cover the cost of shipping the new pair out to you.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your trousers are shipped from our UK studio to your home, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow their journey.
